Job Descriptions

In charge of everything from interviews and meetings to delivery for web production and consulting projects.
Making proposals and implement plans in cooperation with in-house marketers to create even more value for customers' websites.
Some of the company's web directors are front-line directors handling customer service, while others are creative-oriented directors handling web design. Your assigned role will be based on your experience and visions. Because we conduct projects side-by-side with clients, we are able to smoothly measure the effects and make improvements to the deliverables in an environment where we can listen to the voices of those on site.

Department Structures

Operation under the Web Creative Division. There are now 10 web directors among the team of 80 people nationwide.
Others include web designers and front-end engineers.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of director experience in the Web/IT industry
• At least 1 year or more of practical experience in Photoshop, HTML/CSS
• Japanese language skills (N2 or equivalent)

• 3+ years of experience as a web designer at a web design company
• Experience in web page planning at a web design company
• Experience in web page planning and design work in the design department of a mail order company or advertising agency

Salary

Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen
*Compensation is determined based on our company regulations, considering experience, skills, age, family composition, and previous salary.
*Trial period: 3 months (same conditions)

Work Hours

8:00~17:00 8-hour workday (60-minute break)

Holidays

2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

Supporting web customer attraction in the lodging and tourism industries as part of web advertising and SNS advertising operations. Aiming for a career as a web consultant is possible.

[Recruitment Background]
We are a web integration company that focuses on web production, with accommodation and tourism industry customers accounting for 70% in total.
While large accommodation reservation sites have great power in the industry, direct customer attraction through official websites is also an important point to be reflected in sales.
Thus, we are recruiting new staff to expand our web advertising and SNS advertising management business to support our customers' online customer attraction.

[Specific Job Descriptions]
Analysis and operation of web advertisements and SNS advertisements, and proposals to companies.
You will plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of advertising strategies using listings, SNS, DSP advertising, etc., as well as communicate directly with customers.
Once you are familiar with the work, we will provide you with consulting services.
The same division also provides web consulting, and it is possible to acquire consulting skills for site renovations necessary to attract customers.
